But Microsoft sent me a new controller after some long phone calls and checking on updates. But my 2nd controller is working as intended.

You will have no regrets. Great for those who want to PC game as well but aren't comfortable with mouse and keyboard yet.

He said it was the nicest controller ever, very comfortable to hold, sleek design and Very easy to change up to personal preferences!

Good but issues

Will be returning for another one since I got the warranty. Hopefully the new one will not have that issue or button sticking issues.
