Great controller but build quality could be better

Was still within warranty so Microsoft fixed it for free.

Not only does it feel great, but it really does help you game better. You make this controller feel the way you want it to feel. Ignore the hate and those that have zero idea.

The paddles feel better and being able to adjust stick tension is a nice improvement. Textured triggers are better as well. Hopefully no build quality issues like the first one.

A consistent issue.

It’s a long term problem with Xbox controllers which hasn’t been fixed throughout the life of the Xbox one-series x system. Controller has never been dropped and always placed in its case between uses. Still great technology, would buy again.
