Quality issues plague this controller

It has extremely common issues where it will drop inputs *constantly*. I'm on my second controller and it's still doing it, this time worse than the first -- the first dropped just the A button, this one drops A and Y (and more frequently). This controller is $150 and is worse quality than any $20 controller I've ever used. The paddles on the back are an awesome idea. As is the D-pad with the diagonals. And the ability to re-map buttons. But the controller is very literally unusable for any game that requires any amount of precision. If you can't spam buttons, or need perfect timing for anything, you can't use it. I tried to exchange it and get a new one and that resulted in just getting another, more broken one. Now my return window has closed, so I'll have to send it to Microsoft for warranty. And very likely repeatedly, until I just give up. There are reports of people doing this more than 8 times and still getting unusable controllers. Learn from the mistake of myself and others, don't waste your money on this useless trash. Get any other controller and you'll be much better off.

Unfortunately, one of the pieces was missing and we had to order replacement parts. The controller works for my son and he is happy with it. I only have it 4 stars because of the missing part.

If you play COD this is a must...If you're brave enough you can buy the paddles on their own.
