my old controller was about be on last leg cause it kept freezing up and act like I press scroll a few times up and down so it was time to throw my old controller in the recycle when I got look at demo of this controller and feel and touch it got to say its comfortable to hands what sold me that has battery build in it so didn't have put battery I using on my old controller so that's plus if it last longer then battery I had on my old controller it will be a plus but its worth paying extra if you play a lot of xbox games and other stuff I chose this one cause I was think if I get another regular black controller is going give me couple problems in coming years so didn't want take change so I went with this one but does anyone know how change color on xbox button on this controller if any one can tell me I appreciated if last me long time I will think about buy another in the future when it breaks

Best controller on the market! This might be the best thing Microsoft has ever created. No other controller comes close to its perfection. Only wish it worked on all consoles.

Great controller if you want the ability to customize the settings. Once I played with the Elite, never went back to standard. Like being able to swap dpads, adjust trigger pull, and add levers to the back for additional functions.

I have had my controller for over a month and barely had to charge it yesterday! I use my controller almost daily for about 3 hours. I love how the controller feels in my hands. Perfect for control customizations. Recommend 10/10. #TeamElite:)

Great controller overall. Comfortable in my hands and the additional buttons are a game changer. My last one was one of the white variants that doesn’t come with the accessories. That controller developed stick drift within a year when I’ve never had that problem with the all back controller. Maybe I got a defective item or maybe the white controllers use a different part. Anyway these usually last a couple years before I return them under warranty.

You can’t go wrong with a classic. I’ve tried other controllers over the years that are cheaper and supposedly higher quality. I’ve tried off brand, standard on brand, wired, wireless. I always come back to this.

I absolutely love the Microsoft elite series controllers. I have a black one that I use. Also, this white one looks even better. It doesn’t come with the battery or the case but you really don’t need it. I love the way the stick works and it comes with all of the buttons and switches to the other one for the price you cannot go wrong with this I absolutely love the way it feels in your hand. The grip is nice the white does get dirty a little easy but it’s still looks great.

Good controller, after a while if you play a lot you will experience stick drift

Nice upgrade over my series 1. I bought the core because I still had all the accessories from my original. Everything matches and that’s the only difference between the 2. Love the new grips.

Worth the price but definitely recommend getting warranty as the joysticks do get stick drift after a year

Love this controller. Feels great. Looks great. Customizable. Wish it came with at least 2 paddles. All in all great controller.

Fantastic controller, kind of annoying how you can’t lock the magnetic joysticks or d-pad in place. Sometimes you can easily flick them off, specifically the joysticks.

Ive seriously have gone through 10 of these since they came out. I wont usr any other controller. They are definitely worth the money. 100's of hours of gaming. I even bought one just for the xbox and one for the computer

A little too heavy for my liking but it works great

Great controller definitely worth its price. Great for racing games and also FPS games. The ability to map the buttons and having different levels of trigger response makes a huge difference. The 4 extra paddles in the back are great to have shortcuts with certain games.

This is a great idea from Microsoft. Controllers usually last about a year with heavy use, the Xbox elite seem to last longer than that. If yours wears out you can simply buy this swap you thumb sticks and back paddles and save a ton of money doing so. These are great controllers and provide the best bang for your buck, aftermarket scuff parts are also very easy to find. I use this on PC and love it. The only negative is that they do have a bit of stick drift right out of the box, my dead zone had to be set at .08 vs .03 for a brand new scuff, i'm not good enough for that to outweigh $ the savings.

I got this for my husband as he's hard on controllers, and after having one of these before he broke a button after a few years, he was excited not only at the replacement, but also at the color choices that there are for these now.

Feels good in the hands and the battery life is way better than I expected.
