Only issue was with delivery through FedEx. It was delivered to a different address, luckily the person walked it over to my house who accidentally received it.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really think the elite controller series 2 is a good product ideally but they have a lot to work on when it comes to the controller because it supposed to be durable but in reality it has its faults when it comes durability And I feel for the price we pay for the controller we should get nothing but the best and not less Because I’m having the same problem with this controller as I am with the $69 controllers the buttons are getting stuck and I’m not really liking that about it at all

I am a content creator on youtube I absolutely love it i have no problems with this controller im geting use to it still but this takes the game to the next level Of increasing my own new skills to teach others MICROSOFT YALL DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I upgraded from the original Elite controller because that one requires a USB dongle to connect to my machine and was hoping for the same experience. This one feels cheaper, has some weird issues with connectivity, and overall disappoints in the aesthetics department. Otherwise, it's a decent controller and I'd recommend these over third-party brands any day.

It got stick drift within the first few months of owning it. Microsoft did repair it, but it took almost 6 months to receive back. Now the B button is jamming. I highly recommend getting the protection plan.
