I have been using the original elite controller for years. However, like all video game controllers, it has lost its responsiveness. I was so excited to see that Microsoft was bringing out a new model and preordered it immediately. The new version has great grip and even has grip on the triggers. Also, the new version has three trigger lengths instead of only two that were on the original. My only complaint is that the controller only comes with one tall stick. If you want both sticks to be tall, you can purchase the Kontrol Freak stick extenders.

Love the elite controllers. Would have liked for this to come with the accessory pack, but it’s still very good, if overpriced

Best xbox controller ever. I like the overall feel the best. It is heaver than a standard controller but I got used to it quick.

Off the rip you can tell it is a lighter and smaller controller that the Elite. However this version is a quality controller. I play various FPS games along with some fighting games and well you can imagine these controllers take a beating. I had some concerns about shortcomings with this version of the elite. Outside of the missing paddles, (Thankyou Scuf) for the accessories it has been all up hill. The down side is you can not modulate the sticks like Eswap but that controller for console has its own issues. Anyway I would definitely recommend it and would venture back in to it should I need or better put when I need another one. Thank you BestBuy and to your customer service team. It is awesome being able to be in store and get real time responses to your questions from knowledgeable and friendly people.

Still the best controller for Xbox and pc. A little pricey but worth it

This controller has a great sturdy comfort and easy to use! The paddles seem to be well placed and they feel like they won't break.

Controller is solid and overall the best xbox controller out right now. I only use two back buttons. If you’re looking for 4 back buttons, I’d suggest the Scuf Instinct Pro. Would also suggest getting the 2 year warranty from Best Buy because controllers are prone to having sticky buttons and stick drift over time.

Good control alot of neat customizable features I my self got the blue buttons to go with it And bestbuy price matchs there competitors

Best controller i ever bought. Other than the stick drift after a while while playing mw3 its a pretty good controller. Definitely worth the buy if you want extra buttons switchable thumb sticks.

I purchase this to replace my wired XBox 360 controller for the PC. As my review title states, this is a great buy. The Build quality is superb, this really complements my Razer Blade Stealth and I also use this for the Project XCloud. I really cannot complain anything, some will say the price, but as noted the quality is excellent. I recommend this for people who likes to play games and have a job to actually buy it without whining.

I love the adjustments you can make. Perfect for any game. Mutiple setups is awesome. Nice to have a little weight in a controller.

Great controller. I've played with all consoles, and xbox is my favorite, and i had all the extra back buttons from a friend, so it was nice to pay the cheaper price

It's expensive yes, but you can customize it to your specs for any game. The built-in battery is nice, but also a burden. Buy this controller.

The xbox elite series 2 is great for competitive gaming.

This was $150 in store and $70 online. Took some days to get but that was on fedex not Best Buy. Almost perfect condition.

I finally decided to buy this controller and i love the options this controller allows you to configure. I play call of duty modern warefare on the xbox and i wanted an extra perk. This control allows me to configure the paddles to slide, duck, laydown and jump without having to move my right thumb. If you are good enough or get use to using the paddles you can fly through the game. Its fun to innovate and change up the standard experience in these games. I would recommend it if you have the money to upgrade your controller.

Works great, first controller ive bought other then what comes with consoles. Works flawlessly with my pc too!

Bought this for my son it was a bit expensive but he loves the grip and paddles it’s great for fortnite
