Do not like that you have to buy additional package for paddles and customization. Returned one because of stick drift. This one has minor stick drift already. Works well with my Xbox Series X.

Only issue is the biggest of them all !! Stick drift - elite series 2 , Microsoft charges 200+ and hasn’t resolved the issue, 2cd controller in 2 yrs - get the geek protective insurance

The limited manufacturer's warranty for this product has been extended to one year. Its a complete revamp and it feels even better in the hands, and with all the adjustable features, I'm sure you'll find a comfortable setting, I give this a 20 star rating out of ten stars

It's a great remote, especially when you can charge it and not buy batteries. The price is a little too bigh but usually, they have them on clearance, which then brings it to a fair price for what it is

But man you just have to roll the dice. Some of these are flawless and will last for years, but my first one wouldnt even turn on. Thank gosh for best buy return policies!!

My only complaint is that the the RB stopped working after about 7 months, luckily i had it under warranty and got a free replacement.
