13 yr old some said it was great. Got it for Christmas and really impressed with quality.

Thought it was great bought as a open box however I later found out the left analog assembly that is soldered to the board is broke so unless i find another one and manage to solder it to the board successfully it's toast.

Great feel but still suffers same issues from the first elite 2 controller. I’m a competitive gamer that used this controller pretty heavily. Within 5 the months of use, the R1 and L1 bumpers experienced loss of function. Pretty frustrating. I did get the insurance and got another one for replacement. It did fall under the Microsoft warranty but in the past, I didn’t have a good experience with them. Takes days to receive the controller and they didn’t even fix the problem.So if you plan on getting this controller, I highly recommend getting geek squad insurance. They’ll replace right on the spot. Still a solid controller for gaming.

First, I really like the feel and functionality of this controller. It has great adjustments, but is not durable at all. Ive only used it for a few weeks and it already has stick drift. Quite a letdown.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

This controller took time to get use to but once you get the hang of it it makes game play so much easier

No issues so far a lot of the problems I see with people online is that they manhandle there controllers. If you spend 170 for a controller treat it like a Baby

Good controller, bumpers will wear out. Thumb stick tension adjustability is nice.

From the look to the field this is the whole package. It’s got the right weight the right balance and being able to adjust the tension on the triggers and the thums is awesome. I like that they came out with the white one however I would be great if there were more colors and patterns.

Great controller but had to replace it when it got the dreaded stick drift. Get the extended warranty. You can thank me later.

My teenager goes through lots of controllers, we get the insurance so its not really an issue. Summer break just started, so far this controller holds up for some massive brutal game sessions as i can hear him throughout the house but haven't seen him in days!

Very good controller feels like really good quality and paddles feel really solid

The colorway looks better in person, but the feel of the controller is great! Main thing is you have to order the accessories separately. But if you just want a good feeling controller without the extra bells and whistles, it's great!

My son is a gamer, he was so bliwn away when i gave it to him. He said it was the one he's had his eyes on.

Not really worth it got stick drift insanely quick but still a very solid controller battery lasts an insane amount of time

Back paddles are amazing. Ability to change to 360 grips is great. Good software to customize

Almost everything is customizable! The thumbsticks can be changed out. The tension of the sticks can be adjusted. The D-pad can be swapped. The four paddles on the rear make custom button mapping amazing for Call of Duty and other gaming applications. The battery life is up to snuff as well. Worth every penny.

Open box $91.00. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

Controller has a great weight. Button and joysticks feel mroe accurate.
