Definitely packaged awesome! The controller itself is heavier than standard ones which is good. Controller has so many options you can change that it’s slightly overwhelming but once you understand everything it’s one of the best! Love mine!

Good controller! Could be a user issue, but much heavier than PS5. Wears on my knuckles, BUT it’s pure quality.

Elite Series 2 controller is very solid, and feels very good in my hands. The customization is good to set up your controller to your style of play, and when not playing a shooter your can put to respond like a regular controller to play Madden. So you have two controllers in one if you want to compete or not this controller is a must have. Money well spent.

Honestly so far every elite controller I’ve bought from other places comes with an issue but I bought this one from Best Buy and thank the lord it came in perfect condition and so far has given me not a single issue.

Great controller however I have had to repair it myself a couple of times due to dust build up on certain buttons but very straight forward the customization of it is unbeatable.

The only way to play with the series x. Those paddles are a game charger.

Bluetooth connection is not reliable. Controller is great while corded.

First, I really like the feel and functionality of this controller. It has great adjustments, but is not durable at all. Ive only used it for a few weeks and it already has stick drift. Quite a letdown.

It’s a really good controller, but overall if you don’t buy the back pedals the Rb and Lb buttons tend to break more easily even with minimal use

I have been using the Elite series of controllers since gen 1, it is nice to finally have a cheaper purchasing option than the $180 original gen 2 with the case and charging base.

Its such a nice high quality controller. The only thing I dont like is the Dpad. Not ideal at all for fighting games. But very customizable and great for casual games otherwise.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

From the look to the field this is the whole package. It’s got the right weight the right balance and being able to adjust the tension on the triggers and the thums is awesome. I like that they came out with the white one however I would be great if there were more colors and patterns.

From my grandson - I love the elite series 2 controller! The case it comes with works really well and is very high quality and protective. It's very convenient that I can charge it in the case. The charger is very long to and can be used while playing. The buttons and customizations are very cool too. It adds a different feel to gaming when using the extra buttons and customizations. 10 out of 10 controller!

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller is a must if you are a hardcore gamer. I've read some reviews about it having stick drift after a couple of months of use but, I have not experienced anything in my 2 months of owning it. After using this controller it's hard for me to use a regular controller because of the remapping done to the back paddles. Overall though it's worth it if you play a lot of games.
