Great controller, much better than the one that came with the Xbox. One thing to notice is that at first it was behaving weirdly with my MacBook and when I connected it to the Xbox it updated and solve the MacBook issues.

I like the design of the controller and the comfort. The only draw back is after a while the sensors stick and needs cleaning or in my case, just bought another controller. I haven’t found a place to have the controller repaired.

Great controller feels much better than the old elite controller and you can charge it inside the case. Its a bit pricey though you do get a slight edge on people with regular controllers. 4 stars only because I feel like its over priced. Watch out for analog drift heard it happens with these controllers.

Ever since being able to afford one, I have always used these. The reason for the four-star is that I know in six-seven months I will need top use the warranty support for stick drift or a broken bumper. The reason why not three or lower, I have total rewards and BestBuy is good with replacement controllers.

Awesome controller! You can adjust the sensitivity on thumbsticks and makes it so much more responsive. I still think its too expensive but its a great controller. Solid! Good quality

This is a best controller. Easy to set up and use. Has vibration and does not stick like others cheaper controllers.

I hadn’t actually intended to buy the elite series 2, but I was having issues with one of my joysticks on the elite series 1 controller. I learned it would be nearly the same price as buying the newer model to send in the old one for repair, so I went ahead and ordered the series 2. The controller feels great, just like the series 1, but the battery life is incredible. Highly recommend this controller!

These remotes are amazing . I like that , they have a little weight to them and you can change out the toggle switches to pads or flat plates . Great job on these.

I really love that this controller is finally rechargeable, although being able to charge in the case doesn't always work. Also, my hands seem to sweat more when compared to the series 1. Overall great design and comfort. I also love having different analog options and even though i haven't used the tool to adjust the analogs im intrigued, but leary of messing with them.

I ordered an XBox Elite controller online for a Christmas gift and it was ready to pick up less then 2 hours later at my local Best Buy store. Once i went into the store. I was waited on immediately, got the controller within 2 mins. No hassel or anything. Great overall experience and I will continue to order my electronics from Besy But. Excellent self help and customer service. An this is not the dirst time.
