I'm on my 4th Elite controller. The bumpers (LB/RB) always go bad so I would strongly recommend getting the protection plan. It amazes me how much we pay for these for Microsoft to cut corners. I won't bash it completely, there are some positives. The grips are improved over the series 1 controller. The additional settings are great. I love the customizable tension in the sticks. Overall they are really nice. They're one of those tools that if it breaks or you lose it you have to replace it right away. It's just unfortunate that everyone I've ever had one of the bumpers goes on it, and it's never the same one.

It's comfortable. I don't use the paddles it's hard as I have long fingers. I really liked how you can tighten the joysticks. Only thing I really hate about this controller is the triggers. They are a weird feeling plastic and when they have sweat on them its slippery

Very solid controller with a nice weight to it. Adjustable tension in the thumbsticks is great and the charging dock inside the case was a really nice surprise. My only negatives are the lack of extra paddles being included and there not being a medium height thumbstick, the tall thumbstick is just a bit to tall for my liking.

This thing is awesome and I don’t even take advantage of half of the features it provides. It is very expensive though so I’m still waiting to see how well it holds up and for how long.

I probably used my elite 1 everyday 3-4 hours. 2+ years without a problem. So far 1 month in, it feels like the 2 is the same type of quality controller with some better features. Like thumb stick tension control and a built in battery that with my daily use last well over a week. So far so good worth the money if I go 2-3 years again.

Ended up returning due to inability to find paddles locally however, this was a very nice controller. If the opportunity arises, I'll grab one again and throw some paddles on it.

Bought this controller to play Elden Ring on PC thinking it would be the better choice on a Windows PC. The weight and feel of the controller was top notch, the ability to remap a lot of the buttons and reassign buttons to the paddles underneath was great feature....if the controller worked. I exchanged the first one due to the A button being unresponsive, hoping it was a one-off. After trying the new one, it seemed fine until a few days later then the A and Y keys stopped being responsive. So now I'll give up and go back to the PS controller (which I subsequently tried in ER and it was night-and-day difference). Overall, really disappointed in the quality for the astronomical price for the controller. Would have been great if the buttons all held up.

Quality is beyond what I had expected. This thing thinks of everything and things that I didn't now I wanted. I think the price is worth it, but I bet they go on sale from time to time! I am using it exclusively with my PC, and It has been my favorite purchase as of recent!

If you are a pro gamer or consider yourself to be great at the gaming on PC or Xbox you owe yourself the extra buttons and customizations and options that this controller can open. I have bought this controller three times two on sale and one full price.

Great hand feel, good response, and nice looking. Be prepared for some weird glitches starting out if you use this with a PC and Steam and Windows 11. I've seemingly settled mine down, but when I first started using the controller, hitting the "A" button would open the Xbox game bar...usually in the middle of the game I was playing...usually at the worst possible time. It's a known issue that has mostly been sorted out. That said - the first time you run into these kinds of issues will sour you a little on the controller. Price point is too high. This is an $70-80 controller in my opinion. Still good - just spendy and can have a lumpy first use experience for PC users.
