Very sturdy and nice controller. Everything is very smooth and case is super nice. Only reason I give 4 star is because I feel the price for what you get is too high.

I love this controller and want to keep on loving it been through 5 or because of a button always failing or stuck drift. For the price I really wish Microsoft would address this. Luckly best buy warranty helps

I like customizing controller and the built quality is solid and nice plus the accessories is well made to fit your hands and your control love the product.

Really like the customization with both the back paddles and standard buttons. Back bumpers aren't as solid as the PS equivalent, but it's still a hefty controller with quality build and button/vibration feedback.

Amazing controller, wish yall carried the under paddles though.

This is a great controller! I use it for all of my Xbox gaming, but bought it for first and third-person shooter games. The adjustments I can make have been helping me game play for shooter games. The grip is definitely better and nicer than the regular Xbox controller. No problems with the controller so far.

Fully customizable within windows set dead zones color for the xbox button. Configure trigger as a one touch so it acts like a mouse click as soon as they are pressed or make them better for a throttle.

Great out of the box but has not withstood the kids abuse and use. Have had to had geek squad check it out twice in a short time. This Would likely last a long time with adult use. Added functions are amazing and customizable. Get the geek squad protection!

I luv this controller. The weight and grips around the sides, gives a great feel in your hands. Also luv that the joysticks and d-pad are pop outs makes for changing easy and quick.

For an OEM controller, its great. Durability and longevity really depends on your use. Make sure to get the 2 year extended warranty from Microsoft only. You can buy paddles for cheaper third party

I have had this for a few weeks now and have about 20 hours of use with no issues. Had the Elite series one, this one seems a little more sturdy. Time will tell, the Elite series one held up fairly well with heavy use. replaced the bumpers once and the rubber was coming off. I like the interchangeable sticks and that you can adjust them.

Upon unboxing, this controller feels and plays great. Solid build, great response, worth the money. But inevitably, after the warranty expires, stick drift creeps in. This is my 3rd elite controller, and every one of them got stick drift around the same time. Every time I assime after years they would engineer that out of the next model, but nope, its built in. I buy a lot of mid to high level electronics with no extended warranty, and this is the ONLY product I ever recall failing, and consistently at that. Idk how this is possible. My biggest issue is the warranty is only 90 days, when the standard in any electronics is 1 year. So Microsoft know they dont last. The price on these need to come down, or better yet, extend the warranty to a year. Im tired of getting ripped off on these controllers. Ironically, the generic plastic ones always seem to last longer.
