it's lovely, different from a actual regular controller

If you are looking for a pro controller that is easily adaptable and has a long lasting battery, this is the controller to get. Most buttons are replaceable, there many ways to customize, easy to change configurations, you forget don't have to charge as often.

Will never buy a regular controller again. Feels solid works well and last longer then the base controllers by far bought one for everyone in the family after having mine since launch and playing 20-30 hours a week on it

I’m not an intense gamer with shooters so I can’t fully apeak to the durability issues that others have had but its a solid well built controller & I’m happy with it.

Used it for 2 days and buttons are sticky and the wireless connection is bad. This is a known issue that microsoft is aware of, this is not an issue with best buy, but with the product. I will be returning and getting a normal controller. This hassle is unfortunately not worth the price. I live the weight and the build of the controller, the ability to adjust the stick stifness was a prime selling point for me

This is one of the best controllers I have ever bought, probably THE best. This thing can be customized in many forms to your hearts content. Trust me when I say, you will see improvements with this controller

I love the controller and all the customizable things but my stick is already drifting. Get the protection plan for sure! The internal battery and the 40 hour battery life is my favorite part

This is a great controller. I really love the customization you have with it. Making the triggers shorter is money.

By far the best controller on the market for any system! Hands down 1,000x better than standard Xbox controller and blows away the PS5 controller too. Thumbsticks have a perfect balance of smooth and tight. Buttons have a very satisfying n mechanical click. The variable triggers make it so easy to switch between a short travel for shooters and a long travel for racing or throttle based games

Such a nice upgrade from the standard controllers. I havent really done anything with custom programming or the extra triggers as of yet but it feels so good in my hands that even if i never do its still worth it.

This is truly a “game” changer for sure. You can customize it to your liking. The paddles make it more functional.

The weight, the triggers, the sticks... everything is on a different level. Comes w a charging case & a bunch of different add ons. Justifies the price. Heard about durability issues, but I’m sure if you put it back in it’s case you should be good.

Really works great, much easier to play with then the old controllers , but is on the expensive side. The down side is if you need a controller for your friend to play duels their stuck using the old ones. And having to keep both new and old around just Clutters the place up

The time finally came to replace my series one elite. The improvements over the series one justify the increased price, especially the adjustable tension thumb sticks. Worth every penny. I’m confident I’ll get a few years out of this like I did with my series one.

Great controller for any Xbox gamer. I have the protection plan on this, which I would highly recommend! I've already replaced 2 previous controllers, not because of the quality of it, just because of how much it gets used (and probably dropped).
