Enter the Microsoft Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller. I purchased this controller from Best Buy, and I must say that it's been a game-changer. Here's a detailed review of my experience with this controller, covering everything from unboxing to gameplay. Unboxing: The Microsoft Elite Series 2 controller comes in a sleek, premium black box, with a clear image of the controller on the front. Upon opening the box, I was greeted with a high-quality carrying case, which houses the controller and its various accessories. Size and grips on the controller feel great. Paal shifters on the bottom perfect placement have been using elite controllers for a few years now one of the best controllers I’ve ever had. I prefer an elite controller over a scuff.

My favorite controller ever. 4 Rear back paddles, adjustable stick tension, trigger stops and tou can use the xbox accessories app to configure advanced settings.

I had the original Series 2 but I wanted the White one since it’s announcement. They also announced that the elite Series is apart of the design lab on Xbox website so you can customize the way you’d like. Like advertised, it doesn’t come with the extra accessories like the original but if you don’t use them or had paddles and thumb sticks from previous ownership, you’re set. Update the controller once you pair it and you’ll be able to change the color of the Xbox logo.

I can't tell you how long this controller will last but all my othe xbox controllers have failed me in one way or another. So far so good

I play FPS and sometimes I get stuck drift after a year or so. It's great to have insurance on Best Buy's products and the replacement is always super smooth and easy. Best controller hands down.

It’s a decent controller: had good weight, feels better than original. Experience a little stick drift right from new but I’m a casual gamer so it is what it is..

Works great, feels good, I really like adjustable tension for the thumbsticks it keeps that fresh controller feel. Really wish this color scheme came with the paddles though.

Dont be fooled, the core Elite 2 is the same as the Elite 2 as far as build quality and functionality. This is missing the additional sticks, back paddles, carrying case and small portable battery with the last two being superficial. This is great to replace an older elite where you still have all the old accessories or if you plan purchase the addition components from amazon to customize your controller (they have plenty of good options). Connects great to a pc, phone or TV with little to no latency if you use it as a bluetooth controller. Wired to an Xbox or PC its flawless. I will say at this price be sure to purchase the warrenty to cover any accidents for 2yrs. Worth it.

Honestly I was skeptical at first, but the controller fits very comfortably and has a hight build quality. Stick drift is definitely still a thing, but with the stick tension adjustment it was easy to find a balance, unlike the original Xbox controller. You get what you get as far as tension goes. Overall great product, things I wish it had; hall effect joysticks and a better price tag (high cost).

This is an amazing controller, easy to set up and easy to customize. Love the rechargeable built in battery and battery life.
