Excellent feel and quality. Will buy again! This meets my needs for a much better price than the Elite 2.

The controller feels really good and the chnageable stick are very nice but the controller like any other is susceptible to drift after a while and you would think with how much it costs it would last longer than a normal controller.

Not great quality. Buttons often stick and has bad stick drift. Returned two and am on my third. I personally do not like how heavy and cumbersome it is. However, the paddles are nice and the Xbox logo lights up.

Good controller so far, love the feel and the weight.

This was my first controllee with paddles. There is some stick drift but nothing crazy. I do like how the parts are easy to change and software is easy to customize button

Absolutely love it! Paddles and joysticks don’t mess up like scuf. mine usually run for a year before I get stick drift. Will keep buying!

Love how you can Customize your buttons to the back paddles easily through the app and plenty of joysticks and able to tighten the joysticks and accessories to find the one you like. Did get stick drift relatively fast but I do use it a lot.

Performs exactly as advertised, Xbox knocked it out of the park with the design

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is the Xbox one controller at it's best. The weight and feel of the controller is superior to the default Xbox One controller. Can't go back after using this

This is easily my favorite controller to use, easily configurable, durable, and overall just premium. Customer service was also great as I couldnt find the color I wanted and a service tech helped me out.

In my opinion was one of the best controllers I've used. High build quality for sure. Again my opinion. I've bought quite a lot from Best Buy and they have never let me down.

I had the elite v1 for a little over a year before moving to the v2. Overall, the v2 is a much higher quality controller than the v1 with only one downside when compared to the v1. The v1 used a membrane style for its button mechanisms in both the joysticks and the paddles, however the v2 uses more of a clicky button style mechanism. In the v1 the signal pulses consistently, however, in the v2, sometimes the signal stops pulsing which requires me to then reset the button by pressing it again, this behavior never happened to me when i uses the v1. That said, the membrane style in the v1 controller wore out very quickly. The v2 mechanism still feels brand new even though I’ve been playing with it daily since it was released. Finally, if i had to choose between the v1 and v2, given my post above i would still pick the v2 because of the build quality and durability.

I like the durability and material of the controller. It has a really good battery life as well

I absolutely love the Microsoft elite series controllers. I have a black one that I use. Also, this white one looks even better. It doesn’t come with the battery or the case but you really don’t need it. I love the way the stick works and it comes with all of the buttons and switches to the other one for the price you cannot go wrong with this I absolutely love the way it feels in your hand. The grip is nice the white does get dirty a little easy but it’s still looks great.
