Very durable and well worth the upgrade. Totally can tell the difference in controllers and gameplay.

This is definitely an upgrade from standard controllers. The battery life is much better and the overall feel is better as well. Definitely worth the upgrade.

although i don’t use all the paddles in the back, using even 2 is a big game changer. also being able to change the button sensitivity is great!

Handles really well when in hand to hand combat im fps games! Which I really enjoy. The customizable bumpers in the back allow for more fluid motion and transition. All in all, it was a well invested item to my arsenal of gaming gear.

This controller should come standard with every Xbox! Makes the regular controller feel like a toy. Grip and adjustments are great, no need for batteries or charge packs, and the case is a nice touch to conceal it and keep clean. I love it!

Good weight to controller and feels smooth and responsive 3 didn’t modes to save for different layouts for quick switching

Iv'e tried just about all the top brand controllers and the Elite Series is in my opinion the best for high level gameplay. However, The life span of these controllers are very short. I have owned about 3 of these and eventually the controller will experience a manufacturer issue. Sometimes, the LB & RB buttons will give multiple inputs or not even execute the command when pressed. The same issue was experienced on all 3 controllers and not very helpful when you send them in for service and they return to have the same problem. Microsoft really needs to fix how they make these controllers and run better test to prevent these things from constantly happening. Best controller, but will probably malfunction eventually.

Great controller, love the higher tension thumb sticks and paddles. Make sure you get the added coverage from Best Buy because as with any Microsoft controller, stick drift and button registration becomes an issue.

The kid loves it and XBox made a great controller with this one.

This product is my favorite remote that I have ever had, I loved my black elite remote so now its its the second gen AND in red….im in heaven haha

I have a total love hate relationship with this controller. I had my Elite 1 for about two years and it worked great but eventualy the Y button failed and the stick drift was so bad that I upgraded to the elite 2. I also bought one for my 9 year old at the same time, within a few weeks my bumper started failing and stick drift was immediate, It has never not drifted, luckily I play war zone so I just adjust the dead zone and it has no affect in game. Unfortunately I didn't get a warranty with that controller so i bought a second one this time from Best Buy so I could get the warranty. Ironically the one that I got the warranty for has held up great with no problems except it also has stick drift...........

Awesome controller! The best quality and worth every penny. It's very expensive for a controller but once you get pass the price, its worth it, the feel is amazing and I enjoy playing games with it

Fantastic upgrade from the Elite 1. The built in rechargeable battery is great and lasts several days of heavy use. The paddles are reconfigured and are a little smaller and I find them more responsive. The build is solid. Dont hesitate.

I had the first version of the pro controller and I really liked it. The joysticks were always an issue though. This thing is awesome. I've charged it twice in a month and a half of use between my PC and Series X. The ability to adjust the tension of the sticks themselves is one of the biggest improvements. I tell my friends that play Destiny with me they need to get this controller all the time.

This is one of if not the best controller I’ve ever owned. The grip helps with perspiration, the paddles on the back help with gameplay, and the interchangeable thumb sticks are good for different games. I recommend this controller fully.

Out of all the high end controllers, this has been my repeat go to for comfort and reliability.

The controller is comfortable and bit heavy. Not over whelming heavy but feels substantial in the hands. The case and components are of good quality and allows for much customization. The main issue I had with the controller was the input and joy stick drifting. It feels as if there was something causing the A or B button to stick. It makes it unusable at time. Im sure if it were to be taken apart and cleaned, it would likely work fine but for a controller that retails at $180, you would hope these problems did not exist.

For an elite controller, I have to say it was not sturdy like the previous ones I have purchased. This one felt a bit off due to the thumb knobs feeling rebuilt rather than brand new, which is what I paid for. I previously purchased two black edition elite controllers, and they were built with much stiffer controls and no free traveling effect on the thumbstick, which is why I feel this way. Maybe I just got a bad one. could also be why this red one is less expensive than the all-black one.

Never knew what the hype was for these expensive controllers until i finally bought one! The grip is better, and the material feels more premium! If you are hesitant on buying this controller dont wait go ahead and buy it!
