Definitely worth the money. Joy sticks are much smoother and the paddles allow for east customization for your gameplay needs.

Ended up returning due to inability to find paddles locally however, this was a very nice controller. If the opportunity arises, I'll grab one again and throw some paddles on it.

Great hand feel, good response, and nice looking. Be prepared for some weird glitches starting out if you use this with a PC and Steam and Windows 11. I've seemingly settled mine down, but when I first started using the controller, hitting the "A" button would open the Xbox game bar...usually in the middle of the game I was playing...usually at the worst possible time. It's a known issue that has mostly been sorted out. That said - the first time you run into these kinds of issues will sour you a little on the controller. Price point is too high. This is an $70-80 controller in my opinion. Still good - just spendy and can have a lumpy first use experience for PC users.

I love the look of this controller and how it feels in hand; however, once you start using the paddles on the back of the controller playing a game it feels very small and sometimes accidentally clicking the wrong paddle. It is very nice for sure and I love how customizable it is, but needing to go into settings for connected devices, then to finally being able to set it all up how you want… it can be kind of annoying.

First controller I bought was a defect. Went to return it and had to spend 20 minutes listening to the try to sell me a ridiculous priced plan for protection which I kept informing I did not want but still continued to pressure me. I ended up getting basic two year plan so I could get back to my day. Don’t pressure people to buy things they do not want. I understand upsell but the situation was ridiculous.

You probably don't need this controller. It costs as much as a new Xbox these days, and doesn't really do much differently than the standard Xbox One controller. It is clearly built like a tank and is a very impressive piece of engineering... but you probably won't find it worth the price of admission.
