great controller, personally I prefer era 1

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.its a great controller, the paddles will take a bit of getting used to, but you can remove them easily if you don't want to deal with them, personally I prefer the grip on the era 1 elite controller, but this one is still a great controller for competitive players

If you want to save your money get the protection plan as the controller will inevitably fail. I am on my 4th one now and so glad that I always get the protection plan.

I have not even gotten into the programable buttons to elevate gameplay more. I use this on both pc and console.

Great paddles, it also comes with extras and the charger is build into the case! I like that a lot. The case is also very durable. I recommend this over scuff a million times better !

Phenomenon controller but they get stick drift after months. The second one I bought did not even get much use and got it. Best Buy has been great with honoring the warranty at least.

The buttons are sleek and they dont get stuck like some cheaper controllers I have bought. Would definitely purchase again.

Getting the best buy warranty makes the next one only $60 but its getting really annoying having to buy another one every year. But besides that its a decent controller if you want paddles.

The controller has been disconnecting at random times every few days not sure if something is interfering with the signal. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

The RB and LB on the original popped out on me and a few friends. Haven’t had any concern with that with the new one. Love the rechargeable battery and the charge stand in the case.
