I love playing my Xbox and my elite 1 started to have stock drift, so I figured I’d upgrade since it’s been a while. Got this baby in pretty fast Best Buy was great all things considered but the product came defective out the box. Now I dont know what the process is to return this now that COVID-19 is upon us, but I’ll tell you guys what was wrong out the box. The A button is non responsive a lot and it’s frustrating when I press it to no avail. The controller always disconnects from my Xbox everyday for a random moment. I love the elite controller idea but part of me thinks I should’ve went with a different company like scuff or Astro.

The controller works and feels good, has a good weight too it and i have had no issues so far. Id reccomend to get the microsoft usb dongle

Had to get because Scuf has fallen off!!! I had the first Elite as well and let me tell you this controller blows both of them out the water!!! will never support scuf again!!! Also get Best buy warranty!! the best around here!!!

This is truly a “game” changer for sure. You can customize it to your liking. The paddles make it more functional.

Great elite controller. This is a must have go out and spend the money you will not regret. It definitely improves your skill levels on call of duty.

This is the 2nd Elite controller I got within 6 months and the joysticks are sticking again to the point you can't play. For the price, this is a complete joke. It's not a BestBuy issue, but a manufacturing issue. I don't like that I had to pay for a warranty twice ($120) to make sure I can replace again. At this point, I don't want another controller, I just want my money back. Not worth it, look at something else.

This is my back up. I am currently on my 2nd elte 2 and got this just in case. Still the best controller you can get for console or PC.

Amazing build quality, connection and charging is easy. Paddles are easy to remove and adjust and make gaming easier. Adjusting paddle and button mapping with the accessories app on the XBOX is a breeze.

This is my son’s second Elite controller in less than a year. The first one had a button go bad after a few months of use. He really likes this controller even though it has way to many buttons for me to comprehend.

Smooth operations and customization for each style game/ gamer. Definitely gives the advantage to those who use it wisely.

Knocked off a star because value isn’t great unless you already have accessories. As a controller it works well. I like the color vs. all black.

By far the best controller on the market for any system! Hands down 1,000x better than standard Xbox controller and blows away the PS5 controller too. Thumbsticks have a perfect balance of smooth and tight. Buttons have a very satisfying n mechanical click. The variable triggers make it so easy to switch between a short travel for shooters and a long travel for racing or throttle based games

Once you hold an Elite Series 2 controller, you will never want to hold anything else. The build, looks and feel are incredible. The controller also has great battery life - claiming over 40 hours of gameplay - although I never tested that theory, the battery life is VERY long. The customization options are great and every gamer should be able to find a button/layout combo that works for them. Downside is that one of the D-pads stopped responding to certain directions just as the warranty expired. After some research, this is not uncommon. C'mon Xbox, a $200 controller should NOT have simple quality issue.
