I absolutely love this controller you cant beat it! I got one around 3 years ago and after about a year and half it got really bad stick drift whis is insanely annoying especially since its $180, you would think it wouldnt break but i guess not. Nonetheles, this is my second controller of it that im buying. Although this time i bought the warranty for it

Stick drift is a killer. On 3rd set of elite controllers and all have failed to stick drift and or bumper failing.

Same as all the elite controllers, great grip, feels great in the hands, nice and heavy. This controller doesn’t come with the bottom paddles but I had a another one that I was replacing with this one because my top right bumper broke so I used those paddles and installed on this new white one.

Loved this remote little pricey but worth every penny

I had the prior Elite Controller and loved it. The Series 2 is a noticeable step up. Performs amazingly in every aspect you would expect. I also own a Razer Wolverine Ultimate and the Elite out performs it in comfort, design, and precision. Unfortunately with such high precision there is a down side. - Down side, mico stick drift did start within 3 months of use but again if you have Best buy insurance just exchange it if it ever gets noticeable. - Friends have had bumpers go out but at 6 months of use I have had no major issues.

This controller feels amazing right out of the box. The build quality is solid, the buttons are super responsive, and the grips make long gaming sessions comfortable without slipping. I finally gave up on my only elite 2 controller as the bumpers were becoming very unresponsive. I bought this controller sense I have all the elite 2 stuff from the other controller. My only complaint is that when I bought this controller the 3rd trigger stop on the left trigger made it unresponsive and I have read other places where people were having this issue. Instead of returning it which would’ve been a hassle, I took apart the controller and filed down the area where the trigger hits the trigger stop. After I got it fixed and put back together it works like intended and still is one of my favorite controller but I just the fact that I had to fix it myself when it can broken was kinda frustrating when I know plenty of people who wouldn’t even know how to fix it and just return it is annoying

Had the controller for about 10 months. It's a great controller but the lack of reliability keeps me from recommending it. A normal Xbox One controller will last 6-8 months for me (No, I'm not hard on my controller I just use it a lot). So instead of spending another $60 on a regular controller I paid $180 for an Elite Series 2 controller. It's a really well built controller, very comfortable for long periods of use, good battery life, and tons of customization using the app. I didn't buy this controller to use the extra buttons on the back or for the swappable sticks/D-pad. I bought this expecting something that would last me longer than a standard Xbox One controller typically does- I was sick of replacing them twice a year. Up on the D-pad has started to double press, while left and right require a lot more pressure. The left analog stick is drifting constantly. The A button doesn't stick exactly but it's definitely not as responsive as the B,X,Y ones. There are some issues with the vibration as well (will swap between slight vibration and jackhammer randomly).

The high price tag is worth it and the paddles are a game changer. It feels like a premium controller. I use this controller for steam and pc games. it works great and you charge it with the carrying case.

I’ll be updating my review as time goes, but I just want to say out the box first day my gaming experience changed instantly! I do have to get used to the paddles again but no biggie. As of right now this is easily the best $200 I’ve ever wasted.

The right thumbstick on my elite 1 controller started to develop a delay in it so I gave the elite 2 a try. I didnt expect anything ground breaking, how can Microsoft really improve it? Well they did, this controller feels much better then the old elite controller. The adjustable thumbsticks are great. You can now have more then 2 profiles accessible from the controller. I've read some are having issues with quality right out of the box with is unfortunate since these elite 2 controllers are hard to get but if you get a good, it's a great investment

This is my second in four years. Right bumper broke on the first one, but geek squad replaced it. The new one is just starting to get stuck drift, so I'm going to get it replaced again before the warranty ends. Love the weight of the controller and it feels good. Definitely worth getting here so you can get it covered.

A year later… still world perfectly. Honestly , there isn’t much to say about it. I love it, the settings are saved across the board Whether I’m using the controller for my Xbox, pc or Used for my phone - it saves the settings for all the games I want to use it for under its profile. Super easy to get used to, and feels amazing. 10/10

I know this is expensive, but you sure get what you pay for. Every facet of this controller announces quality, from the heavy feel, to the long battery life, to the charging cable and dock. It’s all in the details, and I can’t go back to a standard Xbox controller. I also now can’t go without the rear triggers which means I don’t need to click the sticks. I can’t wait to pair this with my Series X in November. I’m a both PS and Xbox gamer and find I play most multi-platform games on the Xbox because of this controller.

Best controller I have ever owned, sturdy, feels great in my hands and holds a charge that pretty much lasts days.
