Only reason this controller doesn’t get a five star review is that it tends to develop stick drift or faulty bumpers. It’s worth it to get the protection plan to be able to replace it.

So much better than the standard controller. Quality has always been solid. Have rarely had connection issues. Still the best controller on the xbox side of things, in our opinion. Highly recommended.

Amazing overall however, the durability is not quite there for the price. On my 2nd controller due to wear and tear or button smashed inside controller in 3 years. Otherwise, it's very nice feeling and works great

I was tired of buying controllers that didn't last more than a year or so. The battery life lasts much longer than expected and I love how customizable this controller is.

This is my second one, and while it’s a great controller with outstanding features and battery life, I’m not sold on the longevity. The left bumper on my old one became unreliable and I hadn’t bought the protection plan on it and it was out of warranty. Since we’re now Best Buy Total members, the 2 year protection plan is included so I feel better about buying another one now.

This controller is amazing, the customization options and the paddles make such a difference when it comes to game play. I also like that you can change the color of the xbox logo. The grip on it is nice and the trigger stops come in use for certain games. Never going back to a normal controller.

There’s definitely a learning curve but once you get the paddles and adjust to using then your ability to play games better will increase. 10/10 would recommend

Perfect. Feels great and has some heft so you feel like you are holding an elite product.

This is my second time buying this controller and it’s definitely my favorite. My husband and I like that you can take it a part and customize it to your liking. The only downside of it is it’s price. It’s a bit on the pricier side and I have seen other options for controllers that you can also customize but they are wireless. If you’re willing to spend this much I would get it!

Feels good in your hands. Battery lasts for well over a week of gaming daily. I initially purchased a cheap knockoff but returned them almost immediately. It is worth the extra money.

This is by far the best quality controller I have ever used. Works flawlessly with my iPad for gaming. Has the perfect amount of weight to it. The quality of the unit is felt in every interaction with the bottoms and joysticks. I play games maybe once a week to once every 3 weeks. No regrets purchasing this controller.

High end controller! Durable and it just feel and works so much better thanks the genetic ones.

The back buttons are so useful for call of duty and the rechargeable battery eliminates the need for AA batteries. Pricey but worth it and it doesn’t come with the peddles.

I love the remote. I’ve had an Xbox for years and you can really tell the difference in quality from the older controllers. I love the grip and new features.
