Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. However, customers are negative about the prevalence of stick drift issues reported by some users, as well as concerns about the durability of certain buttons and bumpers. The positive feedback on features like customization and feel is frequently offset by negative experiences with controller longevity.

Eh they keep breaking
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a while, it works really great, but eventually the bumpers go out. I’ve gone through multiple elite controllers and now two core controllers. Same problems on all of them. Maybe my grip strength needs to calm down, but the more likely option is multi connectors within the controller that allow the actuator button to break off after a period of time.

Xbox elite 2 controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Open box $91.00. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

Best controller on the market
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Elite Series 2 Controller is hands down the best controller I’ve ever used. The build quality is solid, the adjustable thumbsticks and trigger stops make a real difference, and the paddles on the back are a game-changer. The battery life is great, and it just feels premium in every way. It’s not cheap, but if you game a lot, it’s 100% worth it. I love it.

The ultimate controller for fps
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost everything is customizable! The thumbsticks can be changed out. The tension of the sticks can be adjusted. The D-pad can be swapped. The four paddles on the rear make custom button mapping amazing for Call of Duty and other gaming applications. The battery life is up to snuff as well. Worth every penny.

A good controller with great software.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the controller works well. The paddles and extra thumb sticks that are included are a nice plus. Setting the controller up is incredibly easy. The best feature is battery life. I have been using this controller for a year and even while playing 15-20 hours a week I’ll never have to charge it more than once a week. The controller can also be used wired while it’s charging, so you don’t even have down time between charges. The only reason for a 4 star rating versus a 5 is because of stick drift. After maybe 3 months of regular use, I started getting stuck drift in the right analog stick. It has a warranty, and Microsoft will fix it, but you have to send off the controller for who knows how long. For a $200 controller, stick drift should not be an issue. And if it happens outside of the warranty window, you’re stuck with it. Microsoft at the very least needs to sell new pots for the analog sticks that you can replace yourself. With that being said, you can counteract the stick drift by changing your dead zone settings. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and will probably buy another one whenever this one finally bites the dust.

Very nice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ever since being able to afford one, I have always used these. The reason for the four-star is that I know in six-seven months I will need top use the warranty support for stick drift or a broken bumper. The reason why not three or lower, I have total rewards and BestBuy is good with replacement controllers.

Still worth the hype
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second Elite 2 we have purchased. Let me clarify, this is the second one in addition to one already in the household. After purchasing a series X several months ago, my wife got addicted to Fall Guys and a couple other games. One night after I was done playing, I forgot to move mine back to the computer and she started using it, then flat asked me why I bought the good one for myself and left her with the stock Xbox controller. Mind you that I already had one for over a year for PC use. So, after my positive time with one, I decided to get her one too. This controller is amazing and by far the most customizable "pro" controller software wise you can get. While some complain about button issues, I have never encountered this on any that weren't from a resin issue (I mod controllers on the side and this is the most common reason for issues. The resin mold sometimes has excess on it and leaves dust from usage, preventing a click from the A button, and LB/RB. A simple cleaning restores full functionality 99% of the time). Can't wait for the new one from MS coming soon.

Nice but wish it lasted longer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice controller. A little pricey for a controller that lasts on average a year for me and my family. Not that it is bad, just for me paying that much every year kind of sucks.
