Smooth Experience

Once i went into the store. I was waited on immediately, got the controller within 2 mins. No hassel or anything. Great overall experience and I will continue to order my electronics from Besy But. Excellent self help and customer service. An this is not the dirst time.

Best Controller I Have Tried So Far!

Also have the ability to remove the toggles for longer ones is great. The d-bad also can be swapped out for a traditional d pad style button. The rear paddles make it handy when playing COD so you can slide cancel, jump, and move flawlessly throughout the game.

Couple years back I bought the Elite series black controller and it started going out so I figured I give this one a shot since it was cheaper. First and foremost it does NOT have all the additional buttons that the other controller has. Moreover, within a month of owning this controlle. For a $130 controller I expect something thats going to last abit longer than 2 months. Overall, get the black Elite. Not this hunk of junk.

Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

I use the paddles underneath to make actions like sprinting and melees easier to perform. I have 4 separate setups -- 2 PCs and an XBOX X and an XBOX S. This controller completes the set (4th one). I use it and another one wired for my PCs and wireless for my XBOXs.
