The only reason I needed a new one is because I made the mistake of letting my son use the other and he raged in Fortnite and slammed it on the desk.

This was an open box item in so called "excellent condition and it doesn't have the paddles underneath or extra parts or the charging case. Very disappointing, but the controller does work and looks nice with my Xbox series S.

Has weight to it for a solid feel and all the buttons push nicely. The joysticks feel real good with no travel.

The customizations, and weight / feel are as good as it gets. But the mechanical design is flawed. We bought three (2 elite, 1 elite 2). Elite thumb sticks have all failed, 2 we bought plus one replacement. elite 2 failed on right bumper, and left small Button by d pad.

I didn't like the grainy feel of the controller that came with the Xbox Series X, so my friend recommended this. I was hesitant because of the price but Best Buy had a good price on Open Box and I had to go for it. No regrets. This thing feels premium and works great. I'm never going back to the basic Xbox controller.

The controller isn’t even the best part! The extra paddles and extended charging cord definitely make this a worthwhile investment. Customization for what you prefer is what makes this a worthwhile purchase :)

Had a modded controller before this one and the buttons started sticking. I’m not a fan of the big paddles on the rear of the controllers so this worked out great. I love the feel of the rubber on the controller.

Triggers or buttons not working out of the box 2. Stick drift may develop 3 months later 3. The controller will work just fine Other than that, this controller is amazing when it works properly. The build is very premium compared to the regular controllers, quality control is awful. I would recommend the controller, be prepared to replace it fast.

Its a complete revamp and it feels even better in the hands, and with all the adjustable features, I'm sure you'll find a comfortable setting, I give this a 20 star rating out of ten stars

Get the best buy warranty and every year or 2 and you can just get a new one for i think $50

Only issue is the biggest of them all !! Stick drift - elite series 2 , Microsoft charges 200+ and hasn’t resolved the issue, 2cd controller in 2 yrs - get the geek protective insurance
