Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. However, customers are negative about the prevalence of stick drift issues reported by some users, as well as concerns about the durability of certain buttons and bumpers. The positive feedback on features like customization and feel is frequently offset by negative experiences with controller longevity.

Purchased as a replacement/upgrade for the 3 Elite V1's I've owned over the past several years. Right off the bat, the controller feels more thought out. The grips feel nice. The built in battery is a huge plus. USB-C is the natural progression and the fact that it will be compatible with next gen/Project Scarlet is HUGE. The paddles aren't as large, so they feel more organic.

The best xbox controller I've ever used. This thing is great. It doesn't feel like its cheaply made because it has the proper weight a controller should have. The customizable buttons are great additions even though I rarely use them. Having a USB-C case case that serves as a charging is great to have

This controller is a huge upgrade from the original. The trigger stops are amazing, the dock for charging is great. And the app to customize everything is still great. The only thing that could be better is the grip. At times it feels slick to me instead of more grip which is the opposite of what was intended.

Bought for my son. A Christmas present. He loves the remote and says its much better than the one that came with the unit. The controller is comfortable in hand and buttons are easy to reach! Microsoft got this remote right when they made this one.

I have the original elite controller and the white one… I grabbed this one because the white one was giving me crap. Ghost drifting or whatever you call it. So happy with the new version. The internal rechargeable battery and the slick minimal charger station is worth this buy for sure. The sale didn’t hurt either

Amazing controller that was recently updated to fix a lot of the major issues such as the notorious stick drift. Since COVID I've put in a professional level of gaming hours daily and have no received stick drift at all. In the event that I do receive stick drift, I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty plan for the additional peace of mind.

This are truly the best control to buy if you're in the market for a top tier OE controller! Everything from the weight to the adjustability of the joy sticks is absolutely top notch! I do STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BUY THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY as this thing won't last forever unfortunately.

First controller I bought was a defect. Went to return it and had to spend 20 minutes listening to the try to sell me a ridiculous priced plan for protection which I kept informing I did not want but still continued to pressure me. I ended up getting basic two year plan so I could get back to my day. Don’t pressure people to buy things they do not want. I understand upsell but the situation was ridiculous.

I've been enjoying playing games especially on my Nintendo switch nice solid controller my only problem is mine creeks when I push the controllers down but it still works well. I'd go return it but Corona season keeping me indoors. I love how there's a 3 year warranty option unlike game stop that only offers a year

Quality control is poor at best. So many of these have faulty buttons that stick or dont register like mine. The Y button worked maybe 1/4 the time, with the B and A buttons working more like 3/4 of the time, and only consistently when pushed very hard and perfectly on the center of the button. Beyond that I had stick drift from both sticks after about a week of light use. Couldnt even exchange it for a new one because theyre backordered. Literally do not buy this without their protection plans or Im certain you will be sorry
