Fantastic controller, fits well in hand and battery lasts a while

Best Xbox controller I've had. Still some bumper issues with them being plastic but all else is good

Works great. Like have the option to customize stick sevsitivity. Battery life is really good. Has a nice weight to it which I prefer because it makes it feel more premium

I bought this controller on the 23rd and started having issues with it a couple of weeks later. The A button wasn't registering my presses. It was happening enough for me to barely notice it at first. I have the power a fusion as well so I switched to it and def found out I was having issues with a $200 controller. Was planning on returning it today when I started having issues with the right bumper sticking as well. Was just going to get another one but I think I'm just going to get refund and buy a couple of regular controllers instead. Never had an issue with those. Kinda sad an $80 pro controller from another company works better than the $200 one manufactured by the company itself. I know plenty of people who had issues with the first gen one and saw reviews that people were already having issues with this one as well. Against my better judgement I bought it anyway. Lesson learned.

good controller with interchangeable larts that give a unique feel. heavy and solid build. internals might lack in some departments as usb c problems tend to persist.

Awesome controller, I am glad I purchase the insurance. One of the button are starting to drift! Nothing new! Sony need to do better.

This controller is legendary. I love it very comfortable. Grip buttons are very responsive and customizable highly recommend.

I bought this and at first I loved it! But after about two years one of the bumpers is registering two inputs for every one click! I have taken excellent care of this controller so it's very disappointing to see these issues so fast. Unfortunately with only a one year warranty I can't even get it repaired! I'm stuck with a paper weight. If you MUST buy one get a 3 year warranty.

I had an Elite 1 and was old on them years ago. The problems with drift and buttons hasn't plagued me yet, but if it does I have the BB warranty!

Long time Xbox gamer and have went through my fair share of controllers , what I like about this Elite controller is all the interchangeable options and that it’s wireless.

Best controller on the market, aside from the fact that you will still get stick drift and stuck bumpers and buttons.

Excellent controller. Super happy with upgrading to this model. Takes a bit to get use to but definitely worth it.
