I love this controller, ever since i bought it i haven't been able to use a regular xbox controller

I was a bit skeptical on the open box condition but was way more than what i was expecting in terms of condtiion like new amd for a very good price point glad i used best buy as usually do for tech stuff

Great product son loves the adjustability and customization also comes in an awesome case with built-in charger

The title says it all... although this was a little more than I planed on paying for a controller I do not regret the purchase one bit. The only slight complaint is that it is pretty heavy and you start to notice during longer gaming sessions. The weight speaks to the quality of the build it does not feel like a cheap piece of plastic in your hands. I use it for gaming on my PC, getting it initially configured was a breeze and I have had zero issues with reconnecting or any issues with disconnects either. Love it!

Very smooth and comfortable to hold. Bought because it was the best rated and was not disappointed.

Had the elite and hated how often I was having to repair the lb/rb buttons. I liked it other than that. This controller is holding up better but I still feel like is has it's own issues. I've noticed the right joystick not working at times. I also don't like the options for the joysticks they gave. The elite sticks dont work on this controller without modifying them. But I do like the hair trigger and joystick adjustments. The grips all around are good. I also like the integrated charge station in the holder. They switched out the micro usb so you can't use your old cable but they give you a nice new one. I say it's good but not great for the price.

The feel of tbis controller felt like i was holding something really expensive. It was so eash to set up. It is the best controller out there, i will never go back.

This thing is a beast. IMO it’s the best controller on the market. It can be a bit if a learning curve with all of the options.

If you can afford it and it's the first time you hold and use this controller you'll be very impressed. It is the most comfortable controller I own including the PS5 and Switch Pro (which are great on their own).

The Microsoft Elite 2 controller is unquestionably the best controller available for all versions of X-Box, and at the recent sale price of $139.95 was a must buy item. Next day delivery was a very pleasant plus.

Solid controller. Wish it didn’t have stick drift often. I go through 3-5 controllers every year

Not near as solid as the gen 1 elite controller, trigger stop adjustment is nicer in my opinion, but I feel like I have issues with button presses not recognizing or notice I’ll have to press buttons a lot harder than normal. Lighter wait than gen 1 elite, feels cheaper. Overall it’s not bad if you can find one marked down. For the price I recommend a SCUF controller. Not quite as “Elite” as the previous model. Gets the job done.

I dont think I'll ever be able to go back to the basic controller. Will juat have to see how it holds up.

Great controller, sometimes brand new product can be defective but bestbuy has 15 day return policy to accommodate for this.

I had no idea what an improvement in design this controller achieved. It’s totally programmable button, paddles & triggers is a truly a feature I didn’t realize I wanted. I can’t recommend it enough. Five stars.

It's a great controller! However, the A button sticks/doesn't entirely work unless you press down extra hard. The bumpers in the back work flawlessly.

I own one, and as a gamer this is absolutely a must have. Bought a second for my wife because she got jealous.
