The grip is also loose/coming off towards the triggers on top. Best Buy says these controllers were inspected and refurbished and certified as working but they don’t work as well as they claim. I got two of these and both have some stick drift and pretty noticeable physical damage, not to mention the vibration problem. Overall pretty disappointed.

Great feel, but defective product

The D-pad, adjustable sticks and triggers and rear triggers all give it a very personalized feel. But after reading all the reviews on how good the 'mechanical' XYAB buttons feel, imagine my surprise when they feel super generic and they even get stuck. I haven't spilled or had anything on my hands...fresh out of the box a $200 controller has buttons that stick... If this is just an anomaly and I get a replacement that doesn't do this I would gladly give this 5 stars, but as it is I can't tell you how many times I have died due to this issue.
