Awesome controller!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a game changer.. Quite literally. Ok so facts, it is expensive. But if you like to game and want a quality controller, it pays for itself the first time you play with it. The buttons are fully mappable through the desktop app and you can add up to 4 paddles on the backside of the controller which makes a HUGE difference. For example, On COD, I've got 2 of the rear paddles mapped to jump and slide. After a few games, it becomes so intuitive to use the paddles vs the front buttons. You can map two additional controller button settings via a button below the xbox button and they can be changed on the fly. The controller has a built in rechargeable battery which lasts for days.. The charging brick is conductive and can either be removed from the carrying case, or left there, with the type C usb plugging into it through an access hole in the back of the case. When it's time to charge your controller, simply place it in the case on th echarger and you're good to go. The controller comes with a set of 4 paddles for the back, an additional D pad, and a few extra thumbsticks of different texture and height.. Treat yourself and buy this controller, you wont be dissapointed.

Great Christmas Gift
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic controller, kind of annoying how you can’t lock the magnetic joysticks or d-pad in place. Sometimes you can easily flick them off, specifically the joysticks.

Xbox Elite 2 controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is great. It’s heavier compared to most other controllers, which is something I like. The trigger stops are nice for most games I play. Along with the four buttons on the back you can use to map buttons to.

Excellent controller but some issues on PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 feels a lot better than the included controller in the Series X/S and seems more like a true "next gen" controller. I primarily use the Xbox Elite 2 for PC gaming. On Steam when connecting via Bluetooth the controller has worked flawlessly except with Batman: Arkham Knight which required telling the game it was a 360 controller with custom mappings. Surprisingly with Xbox PC game pass I ran into many more issues when connecting via Bluetooth, I found connecting via the included USB-C cable works better for game pass games, otherwise on BT I run into issues where some of the buttons aren't mapped properly and even when manually mapping them they don't respond correctly or at all. Being Xbox's flagship controller, I would think it would run seamlessly on Xbox game pass. The experience may be better on consoles but this controller is billed as an Xbox/PC controller and should work well on both. Other than those issues, which largely are corrected by connecting via USB-C, I like the controller quite a bit. The rumble feature feels much more natural than the included Xbox Series X controllers, which felt to me like technology from 10+ years ago with very basic and clunky vibration feedback, lightweight and a need for AA batteries, especially when compared with the all mighty PS DualSense. The Elite 2 controller has a nice weight to it, the thumb sticks feel solid, snappy and respond nicely. I haven't used the paddles much but I like that they are included and could see them being useful for many games. The grips feel good as well and make the controller sit securely in your hands during gaming sessions. The controller also feels more balanced than the X/S. This controller comes with a quality, corded 9' USB to USB-C cable as well as a rugged case that doubles as a charging station. Within the case it also includes a tool to adjust the thumb sticks as well as an alternate D-pad. Overall this is a large improvement over the included X/S controllers, and some of its PC compatibility issues which are a bit frustrating can largely be overcome by tethering with USB-C.

Premium controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller. Good heft, adjustable stick tension and trigger throw. This version (Core) does not include the bottom paddles (removable) but can be equipped with them if you have them. It also does not include the case or the charging dock (again Core version lacks these accessories). This is my second Elite 2. Hopefully, this one doesn't die of drift like the first did.

noice
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price, however paddles in the back will wear/tear after awhile and a paddle might become a little loose. maybe 6 months in for a casual player. Doesn't affect gameplay too much but annoying sometimes. Also my left thumbstick keeps coming loose sometimes but that doesnt affect gameplay, just annoying.
