Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. However, customers are negative about the prevalence of stick drift issues reported by some users, as well as concerns about the durability of certain buttons and bumpers. The positive feedback on features like customization and feel is frequently offset by negative experiences with controller longevity.

Amazing

Exceptional
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The feel and battery life of this controller are fantastic. I have to charge it about every other month. Just hate that to avoid disposable batteries, this or buying a rechargeable battery pack in 2024 is the way to do so. Other than that, I don’t regret this product at all.

Great, with little problems
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the customization. Only downside I have is sometimes the left thumb stick won’t click in fully when held forward for games like COD or a game that requires left thumb stick input for sprinting. Battery life is phenomenal, love the charging case. Overall, great controller to have.

Elite controllers are terrible and unreliable
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned three elite controllers since they came out. I have owned two series 1’s. A first gen and another about a year later (hoping the bugs were worked out). The first had the button sticking issue they were all plagued with. The other had trigger issues sticking/not responding as well as the menu buttons not responding. Both of these were returned. Now I own one of the series 2’s and they’re just as bad. I bought one and immediately had to return it. It had some sticky black rubber stuck on the right stick that locked the stick up. The one I have now works but it is not worth the price. Absolute waste of money and I will not be buying another. The controller that comes with the console lasted longer.

Great product, pretty color.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent quality and product. I adore the red color. My only complaint is the fragility of the sticks, but my geek squad protection makes me feel better about it.
