Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. Microsoft will always Microsoft
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller with excellent features. Only problem, is the issues these controllers tend to develop. Personally, I have gone through at least half a dozen of these controllers since they debuted. Stick drift is a gaurentee. Pretty smooth out of the box, but eventually, they'll break in and its not pretty. Bumpers usually are the next to fail. Haven't had issues with the series 2, as far as rubber grips peeling off. Microsoft has been aware of these issues for quite some time. Doesn't seem like they care, even with the looming class-action lawsuit over these contollers. For the price point, I wouldn't say these are worth it. Only reason i bought another one over the Turtle Beach Stealth, is the elite can still accomadate for the M80 mixamp for Astro A40's. For a little extra $, get something with Hall-effect sticks. They dont break as easy.

No attachments, otherwise good controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller. Good grip, awesome haptics. Only problem is that the kit was missing the most basic attachments that make the pro controller what it's supposed to be: the backside paddles, thumb-stick and d-pad replacers, all sold separately.

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once I got used to the elite controller I feel like i cant go back to the regular one. My Elite 2 RB started to go bad after 2 years of 20+ hour gameplay per week. Got this one as it is cheaper and I already had the extra assessories. I did also purchase the Best Buy 2 year warrenty just in case. So far everything works great and I checked all functions in the Xbox Assesories app when it arrived. So far I would recommend this.

Good Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controller feels nice, has a nice quality feel to it. Only issue is the sides of the controller have been lifting and the RB button works about 40% if the time. Awesome controller, 5 starts if I wasn’t experiencing those issues.

Buy it! Worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this to replace an elite controller that our kids dropped. This is every bit worth the money if you like to gaming. It takes a moment to get use to the paddles but once you do there’s no going back. Worth the money. Having the ability to select different settings for different games and have them programmed is epic!
