Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller's high-quality build, excellent battery life, and comfortable grip. Many appreciate the customization options and the controller's overall feel and weight. However, customers are negative about the prevalence of stick drift issues reported by some users, as well as concerns about the durability of certain buttons and bumpers. The positive feedback on features like customization and feel is frequently offset by negative experiences with controller longevity.

Quality feel!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good controller! Could be a user issue, but much heavier than PS5. Wears on my knuckles, BUT it’s pure quality.

Top quality, functional, and comfort
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is the very best one in the market and now with this aforable price its an easy recommendation for anyone wanting a pro controller with the option to get all the extra fearures down the line, but for starters just the trigger stops, internal battery and comfort I think is well worth it.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The things you can do with this controller are awesome. Extra button mapping vibration turned off or to your liking. Can even change the color on the Xbox logo at ease Have 4 different button mapped set ups all at the click of a button

Love this controller
|Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally bought this controller on a whim (I had a rewards certificate that was going to expire). I was originally a Playstation controller person stretching back to my PS2 as a kid, but I'm in love with the elite. The extra weight of the controller was a bit weird at first but now other controllers seem like a cheap toy in comparison. This is high quality and can take a beating as it travels with me. One word of caution: Use the included case if you're traveling with it. Because the D-pad and analog sticks are hot-swappable that means they're also removable. The analog sticks especially can and WILL fall off if you just throw this in a backpack or something. It comes with a really nice case, so just use that. I don't like the paddle buttons in the back but that's okay because you can take them off. Very happy with this purchase and I'll get another one or an Elite 3 when the time comes to replace it.

Son loves it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the only controller my son uses now. He loves it and brags to his friends all the time. (I personally don’t know anything about it as I do not play)

It's An Elite to The Online Players
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is comfortable compared to its general counterpart. The grip to hold the controller feels out of this world and helps with never having to worry about dropping the controller mid game. The addition to add or remove the control pad is great plus when I feel the need to play a certain game to my desire. Most of the time when I do add the feature of the control pad to have more use for directional adjustments is for when I play all my fighting games, making that much more enjoyable for me. The battery life is outstanding as well as I had not much of a need to constantly charge it time after time. I just wish the buttons were a bit better as they feel as they would break for those who can be quite competitive in video games.

Definitely the best with some issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only gave it 4 Stars because this is my 3rd one. It's definitely the best controller out there. But always seems to break a year or 2 down the line. I literally use it and set it down. Never throw or hit it. It's either the directional pad sticks, right bumper or stick drift. Frustrating because it's not cheap. Get the extended warranty.

Heavy and expensive but good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the controller and it’s case. The only thing I don’t like about it is it’s extra weight. Maybe to some it feels more higher quality to have it weigh this much, but it’s noticeable and not welcome for me. Other than the extra weight, I really love this controller. It’s expensive too and I would never pay full price. But if you’re rich and dedicated to the Xbox, it’s worth it. Much better than PS5 controllers with the symbols

Elite Elite Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller all around - grippy texture, mappable buttons and paddles - and I always like using the long thumb stick on the left side and shorter one on the right

The paddles are a game changer! And get GSP
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing controller! The custom button remapping and rear button paddles are worth it alone if you like playing games with a controller on PC, an Xbox One or Series X/S. I map most game's crouch and jump buttons to the right paddles so my thumb doesn't need to leave the thumbstick and stop aiming to perform those actions. Just be wary of any paddle mappings that are buttons that can delete characters like the X button in Destiny 2. I've heard one too many stories of people setting their Elite on their lap or on some junk on a coffee table and a paddle was pressed in for the "delete character" command, and they accidentally pressed the confirm paddle button when picking up the controller. Aside from that, the trigger stops are nice to give your index fingers a bit of a rest for repetitive trigger pulls, and with custom remapping, you can tweak your button layout in most games to emulate the layout of your favorite games. I've heard stories of some people's controllers wearing down bumper buttons faster than others, but so far, my first Elite series 2 lasted almost 2 years before the bumper wore down and I needed to replace it. Far better than the usual 6-9 months of the Elite series 1. The GSP protection is a livesaver, though not as cheap of a plan when they were first released. The 2-year warranty is currently $60, which is the cost of a normal controller to replace what would be this luxury $180 controller. I really hope we see a day where custom remapping and horizontally aligned back paddles become the norm and not a luxury. But for the time being, this is my favorite controller of all time.

A beast
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Throw your Scuf controller in the trash. Go for the Elite Series 2…much more nicer and does everything the Scuf does..plus it doesn’t make a $400 paperweight like mine did. GET THE 2 YEAR GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY because you can experience some issues but they will swap it right out.
