Waste of $200

Shoulder buttons get busted and my A button was already almost busted right out of the box. Microsoft wants you to send in the controller for a repair while you pay $100 service fee plus shipping costs. Xbox support knows about this issue and is doing absolutely nothing for the countless amounts of customers that spent a large amount of money for a product that doesn’t even last longer than a standard issue model. There’s countless amounts of people that have similar if not more severe issues that all have to swap parts daily, can’t find replacement parts, or are still waiting for Xbox to send them a working model. Don’t waste your time or money.

You can adjust the sensitivity of the buttons. It come with very nice storage bag which also had charging ports connected.

It also randonly loses connection a lot. Its definitely not worth full price mayne not even a sale. Consider other controllers first.
