Happy with it so far. Hopeful it doesn't have the issues the 1st series had with stick drift and the rubber grips pealing off.

Overall it works great and feels good in the hands for long hours of playing. If you are a heavy gamer I would recommend purchasing the warranty with Best Buy.

Best pile of crap on the market

The bumpers will stop working after a year. This is a known issue. Some people with new controllers have had issues with the A button sticking. If you want a scuff type controller this is the one to get. But beware and get the geek squad warranty. It will eventually break

The removable charging dock from carrying case is a very nice feature you can either leave it in the case or take it out, very nice feel to the controller as well

Stick drift/terrible warranty

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got stick drift on my right stick after 4 days i went back to use my warranty theg said its a one time use and if the next controller messes up i have to buy another warranty i told the manger well what if it breaks out the box he left me with a i dont know . I know he doesnt make the rules but bestbuy as s conpany shouldn’t let that happen where a warranty is a one time use and microsoft needs to rlly upgrade there tech because stick drift put the box charging 179 or copy PlayStation with the sticks when it works its the best controller when it doesnt its like a raging headache

My grandson loves it ! It is very High quality.
