This controller is probably one of the best in the market for a hard-core gamer or someone willing to spend the money to get a really nice controller

battery lasts longer, it feels better, connects better, is more customizable, and is even built better than the elite series 1 definitely worth purchasing.

Best controller on market for the mix of support and features. Terrible terrible build quality. I have gone through 6 of these. All for the same reason of bumpers breaking. I can now fix the issue myselfz but it requires taking the front plate of the controller off and most people don't want to do that. Nor do they want to buy isopropyl alcohol, i just happened to have some cause I built my PC.

It’s a great controller, but after only a couple of days, the B button started sticking. I have mailed it in for repair to Microsoft. I will update when I get it back.

This is the best controller you can ever buy. Feels great, sturdy, you can just about do everything with it. It’s the perfect controller for competitive gaming

As excited as I was to finally get an Xbox Elite controller, I have not ever been more disappointed by a controller in my life. This is the night I received it, and I am already having issues with it. The A button gets stuck so much, and this is a common issue as it appears in other reviews. Microsoft created a flawed controller that isn't worth half its price. The proof is in the reviews as consumers prefer the Fusion wired controller over this Elite series 2 controller. Even the regular stock controller feel more comfortable, and that's pretty sad to say as they are proven to be cheaply made. I will be looking forward to just convert to PC gaming.

I only used it for 2 weeks. My left hand didn't like using all the paddles. I tried the extra thumbsticks but didn't have a use for them. I like how easy it is to hot map buttons (make the A button do what the X button does, for example) My favorite part of this controller is the hairpin trigger adjustment. Other than that... I didn't sit well knowing I paid $200 for a controller and I barely used all it's features. I went back to my regular red controller ☺ I'll leave this one for the pros.

Is my first Elite controller and I loved it. With all the features it has, and battery that last for a long time, I’m definitely having some good times playing with it.

I always like elite controller too. It has its faults if you press down too much on leftstick stick drift after 3 months of hard gaming only. When I say hard gaming no Job I always buy the two-year warranty because I use it every three months. I wish they would make the sticks out of titanium or something.

Before this, I want to say that I bought my product as open box excellent condition. I rated 4 star because the controller came without the little covers for the trigger stops but everything works well. There is a bit of drift, but this might be because the joysticks are so loose that my character slightly moves when I shake my controller. Other than that, everything works perfectly as intended and is someone who should buy for the paddles to avoid the “claw” method of holding a controller.
