This is a must have for any casual or serious gamer. It’s nice that it has rechargeable battery built in and the carrying case also can change it.

It's a fantastic upgrade and is worth every penny. I was in the crowd of those who would never pay extra for a controller until the one that came with my Xbox got the dreaded joy-con drift. So I picked this up for myself, and trust me, I'll never use a different controller for Xbox or PC.

I dropped my Elite 2 on my tile floor and it was FUBAR. So I hopped on my BB app and saw there was a nice Total Tech deal for this fella. It’s just the base controller (no accessories) but my old stuff from my jacked up Elite 2 snapped right on. I was gaming in minutes. If you F’d your Elite 2 controller you can get this to replace it at a discount!

Went for a Xbox remote didn't see any on display asked an employee for help. Within 2 minutes came from the back and saved the day they have some in stock.

I use a Scuf Reflex PS5 controller for a lot of my gaming that has rear paddle buttons. Some of the games launched on my PC through the XBox app don't play nicely with that controller so I thought I would pick up an equivalent XBox controller. Much to my dismay there aren't any rear paddles on this "elite" controller!!!!! I never would have even thought to check if that's something an "elite" controller came with or not...the PlayStation equivalent includes them. Disappointed that XBox/Microsoft would even have this as an option and wouldn't explicitly call out that there are no paddles on this "elite" controller. But I do have spaces where paddles are supposed to go that I can look at I guess. Not sure what the point of this controller is compared to the standard XBox controller.

The controller itself is excellent but make sure to buy the protection plan as they break easily.

Great controller with lots of customization options

The first one had stick drift issues within the first 3 months. Luckily I was able to send it back to microsoft in time for a replacement. Second controller I received I had a week and it too had stick drift issue with the same joystick (right), so I sent returned that to microsoft as well. I just received my third controller yesterday. They sent me one never removed from the box as if I just bought it in the store. Charged it up and A button sticks. I also noticed an issue in the feedback when clicking the left stick. When pressed, its like it clicking twice, probably due to all the vertical play in the joystick. On to the fourth!!! Sucks I have to wait another 15 days. I would just return it for a replacement to bestbuy with my geeksquad warranty I purchased but these are never in stock. It has been months. If you dont care about wireless functionality, I would recommend the Razer Wolverine Ultimate.

Just wanted a higher quality controller didn’t realize how useful this thing actually is. Great purchase.

great controller! long lasting battery, I only need to charge it every 7 to 10 days and that's with playing almost daily.
