Great upgrade!

It was a little tough to get used to, but it didn’t take long and I was back to playing better than before. The buttons seem a bit more delicate as I’ve already stated having some issues with their quality.

Ok controller but great customer service.

Best Buy did great though by price matching the Amazon price, so 5 stars to them.

Perfect the second time around

This was pretty inconvenient because I live pretty far from Best Buy. Once I exchanged this controller, the new one has been flawless.
