Worthless after 2 months

The right joystick, which I never use, spins freely when centered, and gets stuck when I move it up. Microsoft warranty is worthless as it costs $49 for shipping and parts. It lists specific parts but I don't even know if that will fix it. This is the most I have paid for a controller and have been very careful with it. My old, generic XBox controller lasted for years.

Horrible Quality by Microsoft

For $180 Microsoft really can’t seem to produce a solid product. I’ve been through 6+ controllers in the past few years, but thanks to Best Buy’s protection plans I’ve saved myself from buying new every time one breaks.

Not until they revamp the qualty of the controller.it's not worth a $200 lottery that you know the timer is counting down until its unusable.
