Bad on of the box

Did alittle research is very common and microsoft want you to send it in. Im going to return to best buy and try another before I give up. I do like the feel and functions just cant have a button not work

First off, the controller does not stay connected via Bluetooth. It disconnects frequently. I don't have this problem with any other Bluetooth device including other controllers. I have a dedicated BT module and antenna. Second, the controller I received has the annoyingly unresponsive 'A' button. If you hit the button from the wrong angle it just does not work. So even if I wanted to connect the controller via the cable(I don't) it still wouldn't be a good device. Both of these problems are known issues but I thought they might have been fixed with this revision of the controller. Sadly that isn't the case. I'll be returning this. - Windows 10 latest version - Controller firmware updated - Don't have problems with any other Bluetooth devices(including controllers)

However, after getting my gaming PC recently, I found that it works well with it. I especially like the back paddles and the fact that you can customize them to whatever button you want. The controller feels solid and comfortable on my hands. I do not think I will be going back to any other controller after using the Elite 2

The buttons are interchangeable and the sentisitivy is adjustable with a tiny hex bit included in the kit. If you are a first person shooter fan, this is your best option.

Wish there was a better way to track in store inventory as I was told on the app they had some in hand but was told I had to order. I know in todays world is hard to track but it would be very convenient to make it more reliable as a consumer.
