It was in great shape all included items were present. Im very happy with my purchase and also the process of receiving it.

There is an app in the microsoft/windows store app that lets you update the firmware and gives you customizable options and profiles. Only gripe with it was that i had to find out about the firmware and profiles through a youtube video.

It's nice having the ability to adjust how stiff you want the toggles as well as the triggers travel distance. With it also being able to switch between different toggles and d-pads, makes it worth every penny

From the the thumb sticks to button layout this controller does it all. Has a nice textured grip that allows me to keep a firmer grip on the controller without getting too sweaty. Nice for competitive gamers

It's easy to maneuver all the buttons, which makes playing games more faster and fun. I definitely recommend this controller for all gamers, you want be disappointed.

I'll be moving on to my 3rd replacement for this controller. Stick drift and left bumper issues still persist. If the controller worked as it should, it would be worth the $180 that it's selling for(maybe).
