Great controller but not perfect

However, the one big complaint I have about it is that the D-pad feels very loose. I guess it’s because it’s just the nature of it being an interchangeable part, but the D-pad should feel more high quality than it is for the price of the controller.

I was happy to purchase this at a discount. It works very well. Feels expensive and smooth. That is just out of the box. It has multiple triggers you can add as well as different knobs.

It is not recommended for the novice or occasional player. After about a month of play, one of the sticks malfunction and began exhibiting phantom momements. Eventually exchanged it under the total care plan for a replacement. Fingers Crossed!

Had to exchange on before 24 hours left stick broke with light use and second exchange had a bad drift out the box. Unfortunate because when it does work fine its great but poorly put together

I love the hair trigger settings (Very useful in COD) and the ability to map the x-y-b-a buttons to paddles under the controller are outstanding. The different thumbsticks help with customization and there are three different sensitivity settings on the thumbsticks. I scoffed at spending this kind of money on a controller, but worth every penny. Even for a part time gamer....
