If you enjoy Halo, or any first person shooter, this controller will change the game for you. Can’t wait to see how it will impact my gameplay in other genres

Sadly when i got the controller it was damaged but the amazing bestbuy service counter ordered me a new one. The customer service was absolutely amazing.

I love this controller but....

If you buy it get the replacement plan. Even though Microsoft has increased it warranty to year. These things are manufactured poorly, so its luck of the draw to get one without issues.

The grips are nice when playing intense games. Even the case is nice to just set my controller in and it charges it for me. Great controller.
