I like how everything is adjustable, I feel like it has improved my gaming experience big time. I never want to go back to the original controller.

Great controller poor parts

Thank goodness for purchasing the protection plan from best buy got my controller replaced no cost. Yes I got a new plan for the new controller.

They obviously changed their manufacturing because I exchanged it 6 different times and every single time each controller had the exact same issue. The left thumbstick is completely chalked. Can’t even move it in a circle smoothly, it gets stuck and sometimes it doesn’t even detect movement at all. Again, 6 different controllers from two different locations had this exact same issue. It’s like they know they are pushing out broken controllers but just don’t care lol
