The top two paddles can be especially stiff. The rest of the controller and it’s features are very nice and you can edit the settings and presets of the controller very quickly while in-game.

Kind of pricy but works great!

A product this expensive should not have that kind of a reputation though . . . There is supposed to be an extended warranty for 1 year offered by microsoft. I honestly don't know how the warranty works, but the device works just fine.
