They have a VERY high failure rate and only a 3 month factory warranty, so the geek squad protection plan is a must and well worth the 2 years of coverage. I Own 3 of these controllers by the way. If they didn't have such a high failure rate I would give them 5 stars all day.

Its your typical elite controller only it's white and black instead of all black. A bit of warning though is that unlike the all back elite controller it does not come with the mappable buttons... you'll have to buy them separately (hence, the cheaper price).

The black grips just dont work so well when your hands warm up and get a little sweaty. Hands start to slip. It like those hard rubbers that you cant really grip too good.

Great people who are always trying to get the right product for you. I was in a market to get a new TV. The staff was super helpful explaining the pros and cons of each model. Came home with a perfect TV!
