This allows you to tailor your controller to each came. Only three slots can be active at any one time, but you can make many profiles for different games. It even have the option to turn of the profiles so in reality you can have standard, and 3 customized slots with the push of a button without going into settings.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this controller initially on launch (Nov. 4) and after dealing with quality issues on the first generation elite controller, buying the extended Geek Squad protection was a no-brainer. After 6 months i can say my fears were confirmed, my controller began suffering severe stick drift in my right stick and loss of registration in RB. It’s a bit embarrassing to have these issues only 6 months in, especially on a controller I spent $180 on. Now that my replacement is being shipped to me, all I can do is hope for the best. But you can bet your bottom dollar I bought that extended warranty again

I use the extra back buttons and tabs all the time. Makes gaming so much better now. Also the new d-pad should be standard now on new Xbox controllers it’s that good.

Wireless Charging!

You should get the Geek Squad protection with it. With the way my guy plays, I have a feeling we’ll need it one day. Love the replacement buttons and the fact that you can leave it in the case to charge wirelessly. No more buying those rechargeable batteries! My husband loved it

You have to click it down pretty hard for the upper right paddle button to register not like how you would regularly click it. I can hear and feel the click and everything, but it just doesn’t register. Other than that, this controller is an excellent choice
