Love everything about this new controller! A must have.

This is the only controller i will ever use. You can change out the sticks to what u like. Also has back buttons u can assign to your rb lb and a x y and b buttons. I would buy it over and over.

Got one for my son loved it so much I got one for myself. The adjustable thumbstick tension is amazing overall perfect.

Great controller. Battery lasts and makes playing fun.

I have the Elite 1 which I love. So to be so impressed by this was amazing. The extra trigger setting is awesome, along with the added resistance on the joysticks. Even adding the paddles underneath feel more comfortable. You wont regret getting this controller. The only down part is trying to use a stock controller feels weird.

No much to say. Gift for grandson. He is happy with it.

Could be better... I have some drift on the left stick, and the right bumper is a put squishy. I might take it back and try again... maybe its just this one thats bad

Either my luck is bad, or the quality control of these controls are just plain awful. First purchased the controller at Best Buy Online, shipped to home (in record time), and as soon as I started using it, buttons would not register and would stick when pressing. Back to Best Buy for a refund because well...the stock just doesn't exist! Fast forward, Microsoft Store Online had the controller for sale. Hoped for better luck directly through them. WRONG! Same issue, buttons not registering, and sticking. Tried to go through Microsoft for an exchange but... Microsoft doesn't do exchanges, no instead they expect you to send the controller to them, they "repair" it an send it back to you, 10 to 15 days! A brand new, not even a day old controller has to be sent back for additional repairs. Do they perform RMA's and send a replacement while you send yours back...no they don't. If it was say 3 months of use I can justify that, but not straight out of the packaging and it's defective. The person running that whole show should be fired for backing up such ignorant policies. Be warned, this controller has seen many issues since launch, Microsoft chooses to ignore it, their customer support is by far the worst in the world (put on hold 4 times then hung up, wrong case numbers given, no e-mail correspondence). The only saving grace is Best Buy's exceptional return policy.

Best controller out there for competitive gamers. You have to buy the protection plan because your RB button will be having an input delay or even no input response at all. So if you're okay with replacing the controller so often then this is for you.

Nice weight, solid control and excellent adaptability

I have only been able to use the controller a few times but so far has been excellent. The almost unlimited configurations for different games/player styles makes it very versatile. The button mapping is very easy and informative. I would/have recommended to other X Box players.

The bumpers always get unresponsive the controller is great but not when You have to replace it every 3-4 months

It’s a very overpriced controller That’s really awesome I had the original one and the grips came off after a year. The new version seems to be holding up well and the wireless charging is nice

This is a really nice controller, however you should definitely get this new with the warranty. I got one used, but after reading about some complaints of issues after a few months I decided to get a new one instead. It really helps, but takes getting used to.
