Wow, switched from scuf controllers and just wow. Paddles took some getting used to tho. Very well done all around. Recommend protection plan tho. I had LB(left bumper) get sticky so just went to best buy n swapped. Very happy. Only thing scuf has better would be customizations.

Best controller I’ve ever use, it is expensive but it really is worth the price, got an extended warranty because I’ve heard they are prone to have factory defects over time, would recommend other people to buy the warranty too, bought it 7 months ago and it hasn’t given me any problem.

My brother in law loves it, but it didn’t come with the customizable back bumpers like the black one. Be aware of that, as you have to buy them separately

Best Xbox controller better than a scuff hands down

If you already have an Elite controller this is a good way to replace it for less $$ and get a new color. Would recommend!

Great controller, but will start noticing wear after about a year if you're careful.

Cheap parts used and over priced bumpers break Everytime no matter what and can't even be replaced easily analogs always get drift eventually to a point where you have to replace just simply not worth it I've had at least 6 of them so lesson learned hard

Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2019 I honestly cannot find a single flaw on this controller. I’m also not quite sure how Microsoft or anyone else could top this. It is pure perfection in your hands. The price is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I had to exchange it for another control but great service

I had the elite series 1. I don’t know if this is worth the upgrade if you already have an elite controller. The improvements are great, and much welcomed but that being said had my elite 1 controller not broke and I know what I know about the series 2. I wouldn’t have upgraded.

This controller been good so far no button delay or anything, and no analog controller drifting.

Near flawless control but had a small stick drift that persists today. Button layout is hard to get used to but is a somewhat quick learning curve if you’re going one button at a time

I was actually really looking forward to this controller and was fairly disappointed. One of the analog sticks became drifty within a week and the back paddles are very small. Overall the controller looks great and has many options for variability.

one of the best controlers that u can use. only problem is they wear to fast but thats the life of gaming

Its a very nice controller with all the bells and whistles. But my big con was the fact that i cant use my battery chargers. Can only use the plug and play which when you are far from tv gets annoying. If they fixed this id buy 2

Controller is very durable and is a quality build. The controller is easy to program with the accessories app.

Love it. Much better than the first version. 3 levels of trigger resistance. Internal battery. The paddles are a little shorter so it's not as easy to tap accidentally (it still happens from time to time). The construction and materials of the controller are pretty good.
