I’ll never buy another controller. Recommended Best Buy to all of my friends because they price matched and I got a great deal!

I wanted to love this controller. Because $180. And I did. Great feel and weight, clearly an upgrade over the standard controller. Even before adding paddles or adjusting thumbstick sensitivities, it immediately improved my Halo game. Adding paddles and making those adjustments helped even more. I knew I could never play with those crap stock controllers again. Until. First it was X. B soon followed. And now the left trigger. Unreliable- a button press doesn't register and yeah, instead of landing the melee, I'm dead. Naturally, these failures began past the return window, after an estimated 30 hours of use. Failures are getting more frequent as I keep playing (I've had it 5 weeks now), and I don't care to see which input begins to crap out next- I'm done. So I guess I'll go through the warranty claim hassle and expense and go back to playing with the stock controller in the meantime while that whole process plays out. Or buy that newly released Scuf and hope I have better luck. I'm mad, and disappointed. Because $180. And Microsoft, before you reply: You've included a link to the warranty info in your dutiful response to so many others that have been similarly ripped off. That link is just like this controller- broken.

This is the first time I have bought an elite controller and I love it. It does take some getting used to the back paddles but I would say it is worth it for games.

I have had to return this item twice because of issues with connectivity to the RB and LB buttons but other than that it works perfectly and lasts charge.

Best controller I ever owned. Wish the PC app offer more functionality like macros

This controller is amazing! My favorite feature is being able to tighten the sticks however much you want. This controller is extremely customizable and the new grip on the front of the controller and the triggers is very nice

Switched to the elite 2 and dont regret it at all. Its been a great controller and has great features too.

This is my second elite 2 wireless controller. I use this for PC and the joystick will randomly move or get stuck. Recommended to get the warranty. This is still the best controller for PC.
