For the price of this controller, I'm honestly let down and disappointed. After a month of regular use, this controller came down with a very unfortunate stick drift on the left-joystick that now makes it almost impossible to use. While the quality of the build is top-notch, the lack of joystick durability brings this controller from a 5-star product to a 1-star in my eyes. If you do purchase this controller, be sure to get a warranty alongside it as the stick drift issue is not a rare one.

Been using elite controller since the first nothing else so far so good had like 7 break the old ones hopefully these are different. The quality feels premium especially grips and triggers with 3 modes very good

I order a used controller in good condition, missing parts one but that’s fine I don’t care about the attachment pieces, what do they send me? A totally different one that is supposed to be in better condition. Why am I complaining? Because the controller that’s in “great condition” is broken and badly stick drifts along with the rubber grip peeling up in the corners.. honestly this company is a massive pain to deal with so I just took the loss. NEVER SHOP WITH BEST BUY. Also not to mention they broke my car in geeksquad and it took them a year to pay me for the damages but that’s a whole different story.

I was so excited to upgrade my series 1 with the series 2. I never had a single issue with the series 1 for almost 2 years. But I'm on my 3rd series 2 controller after multiple returns and this one keeps disconnecting randomly even with a full battery. All 3 series 2's I have had in the past week also have a loose dpad. It tilts to the left, so there is "empty space" when pushing to the right. And now when I have to return it yet again, the store is now sold out. I want this controller. I just wish it would be a "$180" controller.

Feels nice, cool customization options. But after a year of ownership, the bumper buttons have started to fail. This is unfortunately a common issue with these controllers and there is no long-term fix. I'll just have to buy something else and this becomes an extremely expensive paperweight.

Would highly recommend! At first a was a bit hesitant due to the price, but I found it to be worth every penny. Games are overall a more fun experience and my game play has definitely improved.

This remote changes game, it makes you play Better. it's nicer to hold built well worth the money.

The controller mapping is great with the paddle and the adjustable trigger pull is great. Definitely improves gaming ease of use.
